Promptwright is a prompt studio. You describe what you want to know; it writes a coherent prompt you paste into another AI. It is not itself a chatbot. Operated as Promptwright by the Stripe account holder (Reservoir Enhancement Partners, LLC).
What we sell
Free accounts get a small monthly allowance of basic prompts. Promptwright Pro is $1 per month for unlimited professional prompts and unlimited basic prompts. Payment is processed by Stripe. Cards are never stored on Promptwright.
Cancel and refunds
Cancel anytime from Pricing → Manage billing, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. Canceling stops the next $1 charge. The current month stays active until the period ends. Promptwright is a digital service delivered immediately; we do not refund unused days except where the card network or law requires it. Contact the operator through your Stripe receipt if a charge looks wrong.
Privacy
We keep the account you sign in with (name and email from Google, X, or email/password), the prompts you generate, and subscription status. Stripe processes payment details. We do not sell personal information. Generated prompts are stored on your account so History works. Sign out on a shared device.

Billing questions go through Stripe (receipts and the customer portal). Product questions: use the signed-in Promptwright account that owns Payouts.
